Liberty on the Lake Home Sale Info September 2015

The count and volume of home sales have consistently increased in Liberty on the Lake over the last few years.   Savoy specifically has accounted for 17 of the 43 sales of new/newer homes in Savoy this year.

You’ll notice and up and down in the average sale price over the last 4 years.  This is due in large part to a change from zero-lot to single family status on 15-20 lots along the western border of the neighborhood.  Originally, zero-lot homes were planned but changes were made to incorporate smaller, single-family homes in their place.  The sale prices of the homes along the western border are typically between $255k-$280k while the standard sized lots feature homes priced from $300k and higher.
