The average sale price has trended up since 2010. YTD for 2012 the average sale price in Glenshire was $207,295. This is partially impacted by the size of homes sold (3 of the properties were over 2600sqft in the last year) and also by the general improvement in the Champaign County real estate market.
Champaign and Savoy Neighborhood Update
Average Days on Market (DOM) for homes in these Champaign Subdivisions has varied quite a bit, but there is not a noticeable trend in these numbers. Cherry Hills maintained it's edge over the other subdivisions with a surprisingly short 59 DOM. Robeson Meadows West was on the long end with a an average time to sale of just over 4 months.
