Champaign Condo Sales are Up

This month we are looking at condo sales in Champaign.  The count of sales was up 4.4% YTD compared to the same time-frame last year.

Condos in Champaign are selling in all price points but the most active are $200k and below.

Condo developments like the M2 and One Main in downtown Champaign have had new life in the last year after a generally slow time in 2013-2014.  These two developments contain the highest priced condos on average for Champaign and it’s a great sign for the overall market when they show strong sales activity.
