Multiple bus routes service this area of town, it’s only a few blocks from the Stone Creek Golf Course and it’s also close to the Philo Rd. corridor of commercial and retail businesses.

Currently there are many home buyers searching this area of town and I’m anticipating that sales will pick up even more as we move into the summer months. Typically demand from home buyers for this area is positively affected by UofI transfers and it looks like this year see the same influence.
