The existing homes avg time on market is actually lower than the Champaign MLS average of 110 Days.

Disregarding the national real estate environment, Champaign and Ashland Park have managed to increase the number of homes sold from 2008 to 2009. It’s tough to measure but I’m sure a large part of this is due to the Federal Tax Credits for home buyers and the incentives offered by the developers.
