The average sales price in Champaign county was $195,385. That’s an increase of 8.1% from March of 2020! Those listings also sold for 97.4% of the listing price on average! Additionally, there were 304 Under Contract homes in the month of March. That is a 17% increase from March of 2020! It’s important to note that COVID-19 impacts the 2020 numbers as well.
