2017 Showcase Parade of Homes – HBAECI

It’s finally time for the 2017 Showcase/Parade of Homes!

The structure of the showcase (presented by the Home Builders Association of East Central Illinois) changed last year to a parade or open house style which included a larger number of homes and this format has been repeated in 2017.

Currently, the list of new home options includes 18 properties (this may fluctuate) with a price range of $254,900 to $595,000.  The price range is a nice change from prior years and will allow visitors to view a much wider range of properties in different neighborhoods.

Dates: October 13th-15th and October 20th-22nd (Friday thru Sunday each week) from 10am to 6pm.

Tickets: Admission is $5 per person and your ticket provides access to every home in the Parade.

I would strongly encourage you to check out the ParadeCraze app which contains all the information for our local Showcase/Parade.   Download from Apple  or Download from Android  The app allows you to use a ‘digital ticket’, contains a map of all properties and also have the specs on each home and builder.  It’s a great resource while you are visiting the different homes and after the event is finished.
