Champaign County’s 2009 Showcase of Homes

This years showcase is located in ‘Liberty on the Lake’ subdivision.  Liberty is unique in how it straddles the Champaign and Savoy border with portions of the subdivision in each community.  (start the discussion on real estate taxes here…)

Search Liberty on the Lake Homes for SaleThere are 6 entrants in the 2009 Showcase of Homes featuring 5 different builders (2 home by Classic Homes).   You can find the official HBAECI site for the showcase here.  It runs through Sunday, July 26th.

This year’s builders include:

• Classic Homes – ‘The Celebration’ and ‘The Liberty Belle’
• Executive Homes – ‘The Rosalynn’
• McGuire Custom Homes – ‘The Abbey’
• Signature Homes –  ‘The Stefani’
• Timber Creek Developers – ‘The House for Kids Sake’

7/28/09 UPDATE:  The Peoples Choice Award went to Timber Creek Developers.  Congratulations on a great house!
