Champaign County 2015 Home Sale Recap – Hint… it was great!
The average home sale price increased 4% to $170,928 and the median sale price (the point at which half of the homes sold for less and half for more) was up 6.4% to $150,000. The time on market dropped 10 days to a relatively brief 75 days and the average % of asking price received increased to 97%.
