Vote: Champaign County Home Values in 2012

Will Champaign County home values be up, down or the same in 2012?  Everyone has an opinion and no one knows for sure.    What do you think will happen to the average home sale price for 2012?    Take a look at November 2011 home sales numbers to see current data.

    Property Tax high , so 99% no possible of increase or market of Champaign-Urbana properties.

    Thanks for your vote and comments. Property taxes in Champaign County are higher than many ares of Illinois but not the highest. You can find local tax rates here; http://www.co.champaign.il.us/treas/taxrates.htm if you are interested.
